IP Blocker PRO Privacy Policy
On every page load where the app runs, the visitor browser requests its public IP address from ipify and sends that IP to iplocation.net to determine a country. Country matching and redirect happen in the browser. MarketForge does not store the returned IP address or country in the current app code.

1. Scope and who is responsible
This notice describes the data practices of the IP Blocker PRO app for Wix. MarketForge is the app provider and is responsible for the app data it controls. Wix, the Wix site owner, and the service providers listed below may separately control or process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
This notice covers the app itself. Visiting MarketForge.tech is also subject to the MarketForge website privacy policy. The app is governed by our Terms of Service.
2. Merchant information we access or store
Information supplied by or associated with the Wix site owner who installs and configures the app.
3. Site-visitor information
Information processed when the app appears on, or is used from, a merchant's live Wix site.
Public IP address lookup
The visitor browser calls api.ipify.org on each page load where the app runs. ipify receives the connection and returns the public IP address.
Country lookup
The browser sends that IP address in a query to api.iplocation.net. The provider returns the associated country so the browser can compare it with the merchant’s selected countries.
Redirect destination
If the country matches, the browser opens the merchant-configured destination. That destination receives ordinary connection information and may process data under its own policy.
4. Why we process information
Provide the app
Configure and operate the feature requested by the merchant, maintain plan access, and deliver support. This is necessary to perform our agreement with the merchant.
Keep the product working
Diagnose errors, protect the service, prevent abuse, and preserve reliability. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a safe, dependable product.
Improve setup and performance
Understand onboarding and app-level outcomes where the app-specific disclosures above describe analytics. We limit this to what is reasonably needed for product improvement.
Meet legal obligations
Respond to valid legal requests, enforce our terms, and keep records when applicable law requires it.
The Wix site owner is responsible for choosing an appropriate legal basis, displaying required notices, and collecting any consent required for the app's use on their site. MarketForge does not use app visitor data for unrelated advertising or sell personal information.
5. Service providers and disclosures
The app shares or makes information available only as needed to provide the functions described here, comply with law, or protect the service.

Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's or merchant's home country. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards and rights that apply to information they control.
6. Storage and retention
- The current MarketForge app code does not store the visitor IP address or returned country.
- ipify, iplocation.net, Wix, and the redirect destination determine retention for information they receive under their own policies.
- Country and redirect settings remain in the Wix app configuration until they are changed or removed.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including platform access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No internet or storage system is completely secure. App settings placed in the Wix live-site embed are required by the public widget and must not be used to store secrets.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
- Merchants can change the country list or destination, remove the app, or choose not to use this client-side lookup.
- Site owners are responsible for providing any consent or notice required for visitor geolocation and third-party requests in their jurisdiction.
- Verified questions or requests about MarketForge-controlled configuration can be sent to support@marketforge.tech.
Depending on location, an individual may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify the requester and the relevant Wix site before acting. A complaint may also be made to the appropriate data-protection authority.
Changes and age limits
We will update the date above when this notice changes. If a change materially affects app data practices, we will provide notice through an appropriate channel, such as the app dashboard, Wix listing, or email when available. The app is intended for business websites and is not directed to children under 16.
