Can I install Booking Forms & Waivers from the Wix App Market today?
Not yet. The app is in controlled prelaunch testing. This page will link to the official Wix listing only after the installation path, pricing, permissions, and required live proofs are verified.
Does the app copy form answers or waiver content?
No. The implemented boundary excludes names, email addresses, form answers, medical information, signatures, field labels, uploaded-file details, and booking notes. Operational mapping uses the minimum Wix IDs, revisions, statuses, and counts needed for the workflow.
How does a safer form change work?
The prelaunch flow audits the current references, shows the exact proposed assignment, requires explicit confirmation, verifies each service after the write, and allows signed conflict-safe Undo only when Wix still reports the expected assigned form. It never edits or deletes the shared source form.
Does readiness prove that every attendee completed a waiver?
No. Readiness is evidence-limited and remains UNKNOWN or PARTIAL whenever Wix does not identify every attendee or provide an exact form-status link. Attendee-level completion is not a public product claim.
What is included in Basic and Premium?
Basic is registered free. Premium is registered at $11.99/month or $99/year. Owned-site acceptance work currently proves the read-only audit plus one Safe Clone and signed Undo on an appointment fixture. Assign Existing, bulk assignment, completion links, private history, templates, live payment, and post-purchase activation remain gated until their acceptance proofs pass.
What does my Wix site need?
Wix Bookings is required. Individual features also depend on the Wix permissions, products, and API capabilities proven for the site. Unsupported evidence fails closed instead of being presented as a successful or complete result.

Booking Forms & Waivers reads the minimum Wix Bookings, Forms, and separately gated Calendar evidence needed to map form connections and prepare verified operations. It does not collect customer names, email addresses, form answers, signatures, medical details, field labels, uploaded-file details, or booking notes. Privacy-minimal operation history and product analytics are limited to bounded identifiers, counts, statuses, and safe machine codes.

1. Scope and who is responsible
This notice describes the data practices of the Booking Forms & Waivers app for Wix. MarketForge is the app provider and is responsible for the app data it controls. Wix, the Wix site owner, and the service providers listed below may separately control or process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
This notice covers the app itself. Visiting MarketForge.tech is also subject to the MarketForge website privacy policy. Use of the app is governed by its app-specific Terms and Conditions, which supplement our general Terms of Service.
2. Merchant information we access or store
Information supplied by or associated with the Wix site owner who installs and configures the app.
App instance, access, and plan status
The Wix app-instance ID and contextual dashboard access are used to isolate the correct installation. Wix plan information is checked to fail closed to Free when entitlement cannot be verified.
Service and form configuration evidence
The app reads Wix service IDs, names, types, revisions, booking-form references, booking-policy references, and the minimum available form IDs, names, revision evidence, archive state, and expiration configuration.
Privacy-minimal operation history
The planned Premium history stores the app instance, optional actor ID, operation timestamps, modes, Wix form, service and policy IDs, revisions, itemized statuses, and safe machine codes needed to explain or safely reverse an assignment.
Product analytics
PostHog may receive allowlisted app events with the app-instance ID, bounded Wix-style IDs, counts, and Basic or Premium tier. Arbitrary properties, raw Wix responses, contact IDs, form content, completion links, and Undo tokens are rejected from analytics.
3. Site-visitor information
Information processed when the app appears on, or is used from, a merchant's live Wix site.
Evidence-limited booking readiness
The separately gated readiness path may process original Wix booking IDs, internal occurrence IDs, service, session, event and schedule IDs, occurrence time and timezone, lifecycle status, participant count, and only contact IDs that Wix explicitly identifies as attendees.
No customer-content copy
The app does not collect or display customer names or email addresses, form answers, medical information, signatures, source-form field labels, uploaded-file details, or booking notes.
Short-lived recovery data
The current browser tab may hold one bounded, instance-scoped recovery record containing privacy-minimal operation evidence and an optional signed Undo token. Completion-link URLs and Undo tokens are not placed in analytics or durable operation history.
4. Why we process information
Provide the app
Configure and operate the feature requested by the merchant, maintain authorized app access, and deliver support. This is necessary to perform our agreement with the merchant.
Keep the product working
Diagnose errors, protect the service, prevent abuse, and preserve reliability. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a safe, dependable product.
Improve setup and performance
Understand onboarding and app-level outcomes where the app-specific disclosures above describe analytics. We limit this to what is reasonably needed for product improvement.
Meet legal obligations
Respond to valid legal requests, enforce our terms, and keep records when applicable law requires it.
The Wix site owner is responsible for choosing an appropriate legal basis, displaying required notices, and collecting any consent required for the app's use on their site. MarketForge does not use app visitor data for unrelated advertising or sell personal information.
5. Service providers and disclosures
The app shares or makes information available only as needed to provide the functions described here, comply with law, or protect the service.
App hosting, dashboard authentication, Wix Bookings and Forms access, separately gated Calendar evidence, app-instance and billing status, app-owned Wix Data storage, and Wix-hosted completion links when supported.
Best-effort, allowlisted product events used to understand app setup, audits, risks, verified operations, readiness views, upgrades, checkout starts, and plan activation. Form content, contact IDs, completion links, and Undo tokens are excluded.
Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's or merchant's home country. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards and rights that apply to information they control.
6. Storage and retention
- The intended operation-history horizon is 90 days. After a successful history write, the backend best-effort removes at most 100 expired rows for that app instance; this is bounded cleanup, not a promise that every row disappears at an exact moment.
- A browser recovery record carries the server-created operation’s fixed 24-hour Undo expiry and is removed when that tab observes the expiry. The signed backend remains authoritative and may reject an unsafe, stale, or altered token.
- Wix controls retention for information it processes under the site owner’s Wix account and Wix policies. PostHog retention follows MarketForge’s configured account settings and applicable provider terms.
- Uninstalling removes the app’s access but does not by itself promise immediate deletion of the underlying app-owned Wix Data collection. Verified deletion assistance is available from MarketForge.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including platform access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Where an app uses settings in a Wix live-site embed, those settings are visible to the public widget and must not contain secrets.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
- Authorized merchants choose whether to run a read-only audit and must explicitly confirm any supported write operation.
- A signed Undo can restore the previous assignment within its fixed window only when a fresh Wix read proves that doing so will not overwrite a later change.
- Merchants can uninstall the app through Wix and can request verified access, correction, or deletion assistance at support@marketforge.tech.
- Customers and attendees should direct requests first to the Wix site owner, who controls the booking and form relationship. MarketForge can assist with verified app-controlled records.
Depending on location, an individual may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify the requester and the relevant Wix site before acting. A complaint may also be made to the appropriate data-protection authority.
Changes and age limits
We will update the date above when this notice changes. If a change materially affects app data practices, we will provide notice through an appropriate channel, such as the app dashboard, Wix listing, or email when available. The app is intended for business websites and is not directed to children under 16.

1. Service and eligibility
Booking Forms & Waiversis a business tool for Wix websites. You must control or be authorized to manage the Wix site where it is installed and must use the app in compliance with applicable law, Wix's terms, and these terms.
The current product scope is the scope described on this page. Features that are labelled beta, pre-release, planned, configured, or subject to verification are not promised as generally available.
Booking Forms & Waivers has no public Wix App Market installation path today. Any controlled beta access may be changed, limited, suspended, or ended while the app is tested. This page is not an offer of a public paid subscription.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Wix account secure and give app access only to authorized people.
- Review the app's configuration, output, and storefront behavior before and after publishing.
- Maintain lawful rights to the site content, catalog data, destinations, messages, or third-party account details you configure.
- Provide visitors with any notices, consent choices, and request channels required for your use of the app.
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access or plan controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.
3. Wix platform and third-party services
Wix is a separate platform provider. Wix controls Wix accounts, hosting, the App Market, platform APIs, site plans, and platform availability under its own terms. MarketForge provides and supports Booking Forms & Waivers; Wix does not provide MarketForge support.
The app may depend on Wix products or the third-party services identified in the Booking Forms & Waivers Privacy Policy. Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinued functions in those services can affect the app. MarketForge does not control those services.
4. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds
No public MarketForge subscription or checkout is offered for Booking Forms & Waivers while it is pre-release. A paid obligation will begin only if Wix presents a price and plan terms and you affirmatively select that plan through Wix.
If paid plans are later offered, billing, renewal, plan changes, and cancellation will be handled through Wix or the Wix App Market. Refunds and credits will be subject to the Wix or App Market process and applicable law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Availability and no performance guarantee
MarketForge uses reasonable care to operate the app, but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, instantaneous, or permanently available service. Results can depend on Wix, third-party providers, site configuration, data supplied to the app, browser behavior, and network conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of revenue, conversion, search ranking, traffic, delivery timing, customer response, or any other specific business outcome.
6. Changes, suspension, and ending use
We may update the app or these terms to improve the service, address security or legal needs, or respond to platform changes. We will update the date above and use an appropriate notice channel for a material change when reasonably available.
You can stop using the app and uninstall it through Wix. MarketForge may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment of an applicable plan, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends—including payment obligations already incurred, ownership, disclaimers, and legal limits—continue to apply.
