Can I install Bookings Importer from the Wix App Market today?
Not yet. The private release is in App Market submission preparation. This page will link to the official Wix listing after Wix approves and publishes it.
What can the launch version import?
Calendly CSV exports and future one-person, unpaid appointments whose service, staff, location, time, and live slot can be verified. Supported rows can become native Wix contacts and bookings.
What is not migrated?
Paid bookings, recurring memberships, classes, courses, customer credentials, payment details, and unsupported or ambiguous rows are not migrated. The app fails closed and reports the reason.
What happens to past appointments?
Past appointments are stored only as read-only app history. They do not create backdated bookings, consume availability, send notifications, charge customers, or affect memberships.
How do Free Audit and Pro differ?

Bookings Importer Privacy Policy
Bookings Importer processes a merchant-selected Calendly CSV only to validate, map, reconcile, and—after explicit confirmation—create supported Wix contacts and future bookings. Raw source files are not durably stored. App records stay in Wix app Data Collections, and Wix remains the hosting, authentication, billing, contacts, bookings, and storage provider.

1. Scope and who is responsible
This notice describes the data practices of the Bookings Importer app for Wix. MarketForge is the app provider and is responsible for the app data it controls. Wix, the Wix site owner, and the service providers listed below may separately control or process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
This notice covers the app itself. Visiting MarketForge.tech is also subject to the MarketForge website privacy policy. Use of the app is governed by its app-specific Terms and Conditions, which supplement our general Terms of Service.
2. Merchant information we access or store
Information supplied by or associated with the Wix site owner who installs and configures the app.
Installation, actor, and job state
One-way tenant and actor identifiers, source fingerprints, job state, timestamps, counts, leases, bounded error codes, and reconciliation status isolate installations and support safe resume.
Calendly appointment fields
Accepted rows may contain invitee name, email, phone, event name, start and end time, timezone, cancellation state, and notes needed for the merchant-directed import.
Mapping and Wix entity references
Chosen Wix service, staff, location, contact, booking, and source-link identifiers are stored with row state so outcomes can be verified and retries do not create duplicates.
No payment or credential import
The app does not request or store card details, payment credentials, customer passwords, Calendly credentials, membership balances, or recurring-plan credentials.
3. Site-visitor information
Information processed when the app appears on, or is used from, a merchant's live Wix site.
Dashboard-only merchant workflow
Bookings Importer has no live-site visitor component and creates no app-owned visitor cookie, advertising identifier, or storefront tracking stream.
Customer records supplied by the merchant
Customer details in the CSV are processed only at the Wix merchant’s direction. Supported future rows may become native Wix contact and booking records controlled by that merchant.
Sanitized reports and logs
Operational logs and reconciliation output use bounded row outcomes and safe reasons. Raw CSV payloads and customer details are not written to application logs.
4. Why we process information
Provide the app
Configure and operate the feature requested by the merchant, maintain authorized app access, and deliver support. This is necessary to perform our agreement with the merchant.
Keep the product working
Diagnose errors, protect the service, prevent abuse, and preserve reliability. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a safe, dependable product.
Improve setup and performance
Understand onboarding and app-level outcomes where the app-specific disclosures above describe analytics. We limit this to what is reasonably needed for product improvement.
Meet legal obligations
Respond to valid legal requests, enforce our terms, and keep records when applicable law requires it.
The Wix site owner is responsible for choosing an appropriate legal basis, displaying required notices, and collecting any consent required for the app's use on their site. MarketForge does not use app visitor data for unrelated advertising or sell personal information.
5. Service providers and disclosures
The app shares or makes information available only as needed to provide the functions described here, comply with law, or protect the service.
App hosting and authentication, app-owned Wix Data storage, Wix Contacts and Bookings operations, dashboard context, app entitlement, checkout, and billing.
Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's or merchant's home country. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards and rights that apply to information they control.
6. Storage and retention
- The raw uploaded CSV is not durably stored and is treated as deleted when the confirmed job is created.
- Read-only historical appointment records are retained for up to 30 days unless the merchant deletes app history sooner.
- Job, row, and source-link records remain as needed for reconciliation and replay safety until the merchant deletes app-owned history or uninstalls.
- Native Wix contacts and future bookings remain business records under the merchant’s Wix account. Deleting app history or uninstalling does not delete those native records.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including platform access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Where an app uses settings in a Wix live-site embed, those settings are visible to the public widget and must not contain secrets.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
- Merchants review exact mappings and a dry audit before any supported write, and Free Audit cannot create records.
- Merchants can download reconciliation results and delete app-owned import history from the dashboard.
- Uninstalling closes app access and removes app-owned import collections through retry-safe cleanup.
- Verified privacy assistance is available at support@marketforge.tech with the relevant Wix site and import details.
Depending on location, an individual may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify the requester and the relevant Wix site before acting. A complaint may also be made to the appropriate data-protection authority.
Changes and age limits
We will update the date above when this notice changes. If a change materially affects app data practices, we will provide notice through an appropriate channel, such as the app dashboard, Wix listing, or email when available. The app is intended for business websites and is not directed to children under 16.

1. Service and eligibility
Bookings Importeris a business tool for Wix websites. You must control or be authorized to manage the Wix site where it is installed and must use the app in compliance with applicable law, Wix's terms, and these terms.
The current product scope is the scope described on this page. Features that are labelled beta, pre-release, planned, configured, or subject to verification are not promised as generally available.
Bookings Importer has no public Wix App Market installation path today. Any controlled beta access may be changed, limited, suspended, or ended while the app is tested. This page is not an offer of a public paid subscription.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Wix account secure and give app access only to authorized people.
- Review the app's configuration, output, and storefront behavior before and after publishing.
- Maintain lawful rights to the site content, catalog data, destinations, messages, or third-party account details you configure.
- Provide visitors with any notices, consent choices, and request channels required for your use of the app.
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access or plan controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.
3. Wix platform and third-party services
Wix is a separate platform provider. Wix controls Wix accounts, hosting, the App Market, platform APIs, site plans, and platform availability under its own terms. MarketForge provides and supports Bookings Importer; Wix does not provide MarketForge support.
The app may depend on Wix products or the third-party services identified in the Bookings Importer Privacy Policy. Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinued functions in those services can affect the app. MarketForge does not control those services.
4. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds
No public MarketForge subscription or checkout is offered for Bookings Importer while it is pre-release. A paid obligation will begin only if Wix presents a price and plan terms and you affirmatively select that plan through Wix.
If paid plans are later offered, billing, renewal, plan changes, and cancellation will be handled through Wix or the Wix App Market. Refunds and credits will be subject to the Wix or App Market process and applicable law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Availability and no performance guarantee
MarketForge uses reasonable care to operate the app, but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, instantaneous, or permanently available service. Results can depend on Wix, third-party providers, site configuration, data supplied to the app, browser behavior, and network conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of revenue, conversion, search ranking, traffic, delivery timing, customer response, or any other specific business outcome.
6. Changes, suspension, and ending use
We may update the app or these terms to improve the service, address security or legal needs, or respond to platform changes. We will update the date above and use an appropriate notice channel for a material change when reasonably available.
You can stop using the app and uninstall it through Wix. MarketForge may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment of an applicable plan, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends—including payment obligations already incurred, ownership, disclaimers, and legal limits—continue to apply.
