Delete a rule
Open the app in your Wix site dashboard. In Automation rules, delete the rule you no longer want. Run a catalog scan afterward so products still owned by the app can be evaluated for restoration.
Stop all processing
Disable or delete supported rules, then run the catalog scan until the dashboard reports no queued work. Check a previously matching published product to confirm the prior merchant ribbon was restored.
Uninstall the app
Use Wix’s Manage Apps area to uninstall Label & Badge Studio. Uninstalling revokes the app’s access. MarketForge does not create or retain a separate production copy outside your Wix site. Wix-hosted records follow Wix's app and data lifecycle; contact us if you need deletion assistance.
Request assistance
If you cannot access the dashboard or need help locating app-controlled records, email support@marketforge.tech. Include the app name and enough Wix site information for us to verify the request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Important ribbon note
Uninstalling an app does not substitute for a storefront verification. If a ribbon is business-critical, first disable the relevant rule, run the catalog scan, and confirm the product’s published-store state.
