Acceptance
By installing or using Label & Badge Studio, you agree to these terms and the applicable Wix terms. If you use the app for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
The service
The app evaluates supported rules and writes native Wix Stores product ribbons. The launch version supports Sale, Low stock, and New product rules. Bestseller rules are disabled and unavailable in the launch version. The app includes a manual catalog scan and restoration records designed to preserve a prior merchant ribbon.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain a Wix site with Wix Stores and Wix CMS available.
- Review rule text, priority, thresholds, and enabled state before scanning.
- Verify a qualifying product on the published storefront before relying on a ribbon in customer-facing or regulated claims.
- Use accurate, lawful ribbon text and avoid misleading product claims.
- Keep independent records or backups where your business requires them.
Availability and changes
The MVP is offered free of charge. We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, and Wix may change APIs or platform behavior the app depends on. If we introduce paid plans later, payment will use Wix Billing and existing users will receive the disclosures required by Wix.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, bypass authorization, interfere with Wix or other sites, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, use the app for unlawful or deceptive content, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits.
Intellectual property
MarketForge retains its rights in the app, its code, design, and documentation. You retain rights in your store data and rule text. These terms grant only the limited right to use the app through Wix while it is installed.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, MarketForge disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A successful backend scan does not by itself prove that every Wix theme or storefront has rendered a ribbon; the dashboard therefore requires a published-store check.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MarketForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the app. For claims that cannot be excluded, MarketForge’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app during the preceding 12 months or US $50.
Termination
You may stop using the app by uninstalling it. We may restrict access for material misuse, legal requirements, or platform security. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
