Pro is $8.99/month and includes up to 1,000 active polls, 10,000 accepted responses per month, and no Pollsmith branding. Business is $18.99/month with the same active-poll limit, 100,000 accepted responses per month, and no Pollsmith branding. Annual billing lowers the effective monthly prices to $7.49 and $15.83. Billing is handled by Wix.
Where does Pollsmith store poll and vote data?
Pollsmith uses privileged app-owned Wix Data collections. It does not add an external database, analytics warehouse, or identity provider.
How does duplicate protection work?
Pollsmith derives a purpose-bound keyed digest from authenticated Wix visitor or member context. It does not store the raw Wix visitor or member identifier, an IP address, or a browser fingerprint.
Does Pollsmith use AI?
AI is not enabled in the public MVP. The manual builder and analytics work without AI. Any future AI feature will use Wix AI, require an explicit merchant action, disclose Wix AI credit use, and never auto-publish output.

Pollsmith Privacy Policy
Pollsmith stores merchant-created poll configuration and accepted response records in privileged, app-owned Wix Data collections. It derives tenant- and purpose-bound digests for duplicate protection and rate limiting, does not persist raw Wix visitor or member identifiers, and does not use an external database, advertising tracker, or AI provider in the public MVP.

1. Scope and who is responsible
This notice describes the data practices of the Pollsmith app for Wix. MarketForge is the app provider and is responsible for the app data it controls. Wix, the Wix site owner, and the service providers listed below may separately control or process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
This notice covers the app itself. Visiting MarketForge.tech is also subject to the MarketForge website privacy policy. Use of the app is governed by its app-specific Terms and Conditions, which supplement our general Terms of Service.
2. Merchant information we access or store
Information supplied by or associated with the Wix site owner who installs and configures the app.
Authenticated installation and dashboard access
Verified Wix app-instance and dashboard-user context is used to isolate the installed site and authorize management actions. Stable internal tenant and actor keys are derived before persistence; raw tokens are never stored.
Poll content and configuration
Poll names, questions, answer options, type, selection rules, appearance settings, status, versions, publication state, and timestamps are stored so the merchant can build, publish, and manage polls.
Results, usage, and reliability records
Accepted response choices, aggregate counts, monthly usage, idempotency state, bounded rate-limit state, revisions, lifecycle state, and safety metadata support accurate results, quotas, retries, conflict handling, and cleanup.
Privacy-safe growth activity
Pollsmith may store aggregate link, QR, result-card, and attributed-visit counts plus bounded event digests. It does not store the shared page URL or visitor identity with those totals.
3. Site-visitor information
Information processed when the app appears on, or is used from, a merchant's live Wix site.
Selected answers and response time
For an accepted response, Pollsmith stores the poll version, selected option identifiers, acceptance timestamp, and internal response identifiers needed to calculate and audit results.
Pseudonymous duplicate protection
A tenant- and purpose-bound keyed digest derived from Wix-authenticated visitor or member context is stored for duplicate and abuse controls. Raw Wix visitor or member IDs, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, and authentication tokens are not persisted.
No advertising or cross-site profile
Pollsmith does not sell response data, create an advertising identifier, or combine a visitor’s activity across unrelated Wix sites.
4. Why we process information
Provide the app
Configure and operate the feature requested by the merchant, maintain authorized app access, and deliver support. This is necessary to perform our agreement with the merchant.
Keep the product working
Diagnose errors, protect the service, prevent abuse, and preserve reliability. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a safe, dependable product.
Improve setup and performance
Understand onboarding and app-level outcomes where the app-specific disclosures above describe analytics. We limit this to what is reasonably needed for product improvement.
Meet legal obligations
Respond to valid legal requests, enforce our terms, and keep records when applicable law requires it.
The Wix site owner is responsible for choosing an appropriate legal basis, displaying required notices, and collecting any consent required for the app's use on their site. MarketForge does not use app visitor data for unrelated advertising or sell personal information.
5. Service providers and disclosures
The app shares or makes information available only as needed to provide the functions described here, comply with law, or protect the service.
App hosting and authentication, privileged app-owned Wix Data storage, Wix site rendering, app lifecycle, and plan authority.
Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's or merchant's home country. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards and rights that apply to information they control.
6. Storage and retention
- Poll configuration, versions, responses, aggregates, and bounded safety records remain in the installed site’s app-owned Wix storage while needed to provide the service or preserve merchant-requested history.
- Merchants can archive or delete polls and can reset current results through the guarded dashboard actions described by the product. Meaning-changing publication preserves earlier version history instead of silently reassigning votes.
- When Wix reports uninstall, Pollsmith closes app access first and removes tenant-scoped app records through a retry-safe cleanup process.
- Pollsmith has no external response database or separate analytics warehouse. Wix platform retention is governed by Wix.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including platform access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Where an app uses settings in a Wix live-site embed, those settings are visible to the public widget and must not contain secrets.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
- Merchants can manage poll status, delete a poll, reset current results with confirmation, export current result data, or uninstall Pollsmith through Wix.
- A site visitor can contact the Wix site owner about a response; verified access, correction, deletion, objection, or privacy requests can also be sent to support@marketforge.tech with the relevant app and Wix site details.
- The public MVP makes no automatic AI call and sends no poll content or response data to an AI provider.
Depending on location, an individual may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify the requester and the relevant Wix site before acting. A complaint may also be made to the appropriate data-protection authority.
Changes and age limits
We will update the date above when this notice changes. If a change materially affects app data practices, we will provide notice through an appropriate channel, such as the app dashboard, Wix listing, or email when available. The app is intended for business websites and is not directed to children under 16.

1. Service and eligibility
Pollsmithis a business tool for Wix websites. You must control or be authorized to manage the Wix site where it is installed and must use the app in compliance with applicable law, Wix's terms, and these terms.
The current product scope is the scope described on this page. Features that are labelled beta, pre-release, planned, configured, or subject to verification are not promised as generally available.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Wix account secure and give app access only to authorized people.
- Review the app's configuration, output, and storefront behavior before and after publishing.
- Maintain lawful rights to the site content, catalog data, destinations, messages, or third-party account details you configure.
- Provide visitors with any notices, consent choices, and request channels required for your use of the app.
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access or plan controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.
3. Wix platform and third-party services
Wix is a separate platform provider. Wix controls Wix accounts, hosting, the App Market, platform APIs, site plans, and platform availability under its own terms. MarketForge provides and supports Pollsmith; Wix does not provide MarketForge support.
The app may depend on Wix products or the third-party services identified in the Pollsmith Privacy Policy. Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinued functions in those services can affect the app. MarketForge does not control those services.
4. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Current plan options, prices, billing periods, trials, and promotions are the options shown in Wix when you install or manage the app. If you choose a paid plan, Wix or the Wix App Market processes the transaction and applies the billing terms shown at checkout.
Manage plan changes or cancellation through Wix. Refunds and credits are subject to the Wix or App Market process and applicable law. Contact MarketForge if app-specific information is needed to review a request; nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Availability and no performance guarantee
MarketForge uses reasonable care to operate the app, but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, instantaneous, or permanently available service. Results can depend on Wix, third-party providers, site configuration, data supplied to the app, browser behavior, and network conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of revenue, conversion, search ranking, traffic, delivery timing, customer response, or any other specific business outcome.
6. Changes, suspension, and ending use
We may update the app or these terms to improve the service, address security or legal needs, or respond to platform changes. We will update the date above and use an appropriate notice channel for a material change when reasonably available.
You can stop using the app and uninstall it through Wix. MarketForge may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment of an applicable plan, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends—including payment obligations already incurred, ownership, disclaimers, and legal limits—continue to apply.
