Before you install
What does the free version include?
Free readiness includes product and data checks, approved-order sync health, current-menu reference review, and a sample order-demand baseline. Draft generation, approval, staff sheets, and actuals require Core or an active trial.
Which orders are used?
V1 uses approved Wix Restaurants online orders in the frozen lookback window. It does not claim to represent phone, walk-in, delivery-marketplace, catering, reservation, or other offline demand.
Does it store customer or payment information?
No shopper identity, contact details, addresses, payment details, free-text notes, or raw order envelopes are stored. The app keeps tenant-scoped opaque Wix references, aggregate quantities, dates, revisions, and bounded operational records.
Can staff edit an approved prep sheet?
Staff can use the approved mobile or printed sheet and mark completion separately. Changing quantities requires a new manager revision, so the approved source remains traceable.
Is this food-safety guidance?
No. Forecasts and prep sheets are planning recommendations. The restaurant remains responsible for professional judgment, allergens, storage, temperatures, labeling, shelf life, sanitation, and legal compliance.

Restaurant Prep Forecaster Privacy Policy
Restaurant Prep Forecaster is a dashboard-only planning app. It reads approved Wix Restaurants order and current menu data, immediately projects only the fields needed for demand, and stores tenant-scoped opaque references, aggregate quantities, dates, configurations, revisions, actuals, sync checkpoints, and bounded product events. It does not retain shopper identity, payment details, free-text notes, or raw order envelopes.

1. Scope and who is responsible
This notice describes the data practices of the Restaurant Prep Forecaster app for Wix. MarketForge is the app provider and is responsible for the app data it controls. Wix, the Wix site owner, and the service providers listed below may separately control or process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
This notice covers the app itself. Visiting MarketForge.tech is also subject to the MarketForge website privacy policy. Use of the app is governed by its app-specific Terms and Conditions, which supplement our general Terms of Service.
2. Merchant information we access or store
Information supplied by or associated with the Wix site owner who installs and configures the app.
Authenticated installation and actor context
Wix supplies the site, app-instance, and signed-in dashboard-user context used for tenant isolation, role checks, billing status, and revision attribution. Acting-user identifiers are pseudonymized before persistence.
Approved-order demand projection
The app transiently reads approved restaurant orders and immediately retains only opaque order-line, catalog, modifier, option, and location references; purchased dates; quantities; and bounded fingerprints needed for deduplication and aggregation.
Current menu authority
Current Wix Restaurants item names, visibility, stock state, and relevant catalog references are read to resolve safe display names and to exclude missing, hidden, or unavailable items.
Operational planning records
Stations, prep conversions, yields, batches, rounding rules, manager overrides and reasons, immutable approved revisions, staff completion marks, actual quantities, and accuracy comparisons are stored in app-owned Wix Data.
Reliability and lifecycle records
Sync leases, opaque checkpoints, content fingerprints, lifecycle state, bounded safe error classes, and identifier-free categorical product events support recovery, retention, security, and product operation.
Excluded information
The app does not retain shopper names, emails, phone numbers, member IDs, billing or shipping addresses, payment details, order notes, free text, tokens, or raw Wix order payloads.
3. Site-visitor information
Information processed when the app appears on, or is used from, a merchant's live Wix site.
No live-site component
The app runs only for authorized Wix dashboard users. It has no storefront widget, customer-facing script, visitor cookie, advertising identifier, or separate shopper analytics stream.
No customer profiling
Forecasts are calculated from item-level approved-order aggregates. The app does not create shopper profiles or attempt to identify, contact, target, or score restaurant customers.
4. Why we process information
Provide the app
Configure and operate the feature requested by the merchant, maintain authorized app access, and deliver support. This is necessary to perform our agreement with the merchant.
Keep the product working
Diagnose errors, protect the service, prevent abuse, and preserve reliability. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a safe, dependable product.
Improve setup and performance
Understand onboarding and app-level outcomes where the app-specific disclosures above describe analytics. We limit this to what is reasonably needed for product improvement.
Meet legal obligations
Respond to valid legal requests, enforce our terms, and keep records when applicable law requires it.
The Wix site owner is responsible for choosing an appropriate legal basis, displaying required notices, and collecting any consent required for the app's use on their site. MarketForge does not use app visitor data for unrelated advertising or sell personal information.
5. Service providers and disclosures
The app shares or makes information available only as needed to provide the functions described here, comply with law, or protect the service.
Authentication, dashboard context, app-instance and billing status, Restaurants Orders and Menus APIs, app-owned Wix Data storage, app lifecycle events, and platform delivery.
Runtime hosting and request delivery for the app backend. Stored operational records remain in app-owned Wix Data.
Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's or merchant's home country. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards and rights that apply to information they control.
6. Storage and retention
- Incomplete order-sync runs and checkpoints are removed after approximately 24 hours; completed sync history is retained for up to 90 days.
- Identifier-free product events are retained for up to 180 days.
- Current configurations, approved revisions, staff state, actuals, and accuracy records remain while the app is installed because they are the merchant’s operational history.
- Uninstall closes access first and removes tenant-scoped app data through retry-safe lifecycle cleanup. Native Wix orders and menu records remain under the merchant’s control.
- Limited security, billing, or backup records controlled by Wix or infrastructure providers may follow their documented legal and operational retention periods.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including platform access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Where an app uses settings in a Wix live-site embed, those settings are visible to the public widget and must not contain secrets.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
- Managers can inspect, correct, supersede, or delete app-owned configuration and operational records through the app workflow where available.
- Uninstalling the app ends access and initiates removal of tenant-scoped app data without altering native Wix Restaurants orders or menus.
- Verified access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability requests can be sent to support@marketforge.tech with the app name and relevant Wix site details.
- For a deletion request, MarketForge verifies the requester and Wix installation, closes active access when appropriate, removes app-controlled tenant records, and confirms completion or any lawful exception.
Depending on location, an individual may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify the requester and the relevant Wix site before acting. A complaint may also be made to the appropriate data-protection authority.
Changes and age limits
We will update the date above when this notice changes. If a change materially affects app data practices, we will provide notice through an appropriate channel, such as the app dashboard, Wix listing, or email when available. The app is intended for business websites and is not directed to children under 16.

These app-specific terms govern use of Restaurant Prep Forecaster and supplement MarketForge's general Terms of Service. If the two conflict about this app, these app-specific terms control to the extent of that conflict.

1. Service and eligibility
Restaurant Prep Forecasteris a business tool for Wix websites. You must control or be authorized to manage the Wix site where it is installed and must use the app in compliance with applicable law, Wix's terms, and these terms.
The current product scope is the scope described on this page. Features that are labelled beta, pre-release, planned, configured, or subject to verification are not promised as generally available.
Restaurant Prep Forecaster has no public Wix App Market installation path today. Any controlled beta access may be changed, limited, suspended, or ended while the app is tested. This page is not an offer of a public paid subscription.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Wix account secure and give app access only to authorized people.
- Review the app's configuration, output, and storefront behavior before and after publishing.
- Maintain lawful rights to the site content, catalog data, destinations, messages, or third-party account details you configure.
- Provide visitors with any notices, consent choices, and request channels required for your use of the app.
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access or plan controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.
3. Wix platform and third-party services
Wix is a separate platform provider. Wix controls Wix accounts, hosting, the App Market, platform APIs, site plans, and platform availability under its own terms. MarketForge provides and supports Restaurant Prep Forecaster; Wix does not provide MarketForge support.
The app may depend on Wix products or the third-party services identified in the Restaurant Prep Forecaster Privacy Policy. Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinued functions in those services can affect the app. MarketForge does not control those services.
4. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds
No public MarketForge subscription or checkout is offered for Restaurant Prep Forecaster while it is pre-release. A paid obligation will begin only if Wix presents a price and plan terms and you affirmatively select that plan through Wix.
If paid plans are later offered, billing, renewal, plan changes, and cancellation will be handled through Wix or the Wix App Market. Refunds and credits will be subject to the Wix or App Market process and applicable law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Availability and no performance guarantee
MarketForge uses reasonable care to operate the app, but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, instantaneous, or permanently available service. Results can depend on Wix, third-party providers, site configuration, data supplied to the app, browser behavior, and network conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of revenue, conversion, search ranking, traffic, delivery timing, customer response, or any other specific business outcome.
Forecasts, ranges, prep quantities, and staff sheets are operational recommendations based on the available Wix data. They are not guarantees, inventory controls, food-safety instructions, HACCP records, or a substitute for the restaurant’s own professional judgment, allergen controls, storage rules, temperature controls, and applicable legal obligations.
6. Changes, suspension, and ending use
We may update the app or these terms to improve the service, address security or legal needs, or respond to platform changes. We will update the date above and use an appropriate notice channel for a material change when reasonably available.
You can stop using the app and uninstall it through Wix. MarketForge may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment of an applicable plan, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends—including payment obligations already incurred, ownership, disclaimers, and legal limits—continue to apply.
