Before you install
Can I install PreOrder Pro from the Wix App Market today?
Not yet. The release candidate is in final Wix review preparation. This page will link to the official listing only after Wix approves and publishes it.
Does PreOrder Pro replace Wix checkout or collect a deposit?
No. Wix Stores remains authoritative for inventory, cart, checkout, payment, orders, refunds, and fulfillment. The first release does not support deposits, split payments, or delayed balance collection.
Which products are supported?
The launch candidate supports eligible Catalog V3 physical variants with quantity tracking, a current inventory revision, one unambiguous inventory item and location, and zero available stock at activation. Catalog V1 activation is not supported.
What happens if inventory changes while I am editing?
PreOrder Pro fails closed and asks you to refresh or review the rule. It does not blindly overwrite a newer Wix inventory revision.
What happens when the trial or plan ends?
New configuration is paused. Existing rules remain readable and can still be safely disabled or detached. Entitlement expiry never automatically changes native inventory.

PreOrder Pro Privacy Policy
PreOrder Pro stores only merchant configuration and bounded safety records needed to manage native Wix Stores preorders. Wix remains the platform, hosting, billing, catalog, inventory, cart, checkout, and analytics provider. The app does not request order permissions or create a shopper database.

1. Scope and who is responsible
This notice describes the data practices of the PreOrder Pro app for Wix. MarketForge is the app provider and is responsible for the app data it controls. Wix, the Wix site owner, and the service providers listed below may separately control or process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
This notice covers the app itself. Visiting MarketForge.tech is also subject to the MarketForge website privacy policy. Use of the app is governed by its app-specific Terms and Conditions, which supplement our general Terms of Service.
2. Merchant information we access or store
Information supplied by or associated with the Wix site owner who installs and configures the app.
Hashed installation and dashboard identity
Verified Wix app-instance and acting dashboard-user identifiers are domain-separated and hashed before persistence for tenant isolation, authorization, rate limiting, and audit.
Product and inventory binding
The app stores Wix product, variant, inventory-item, and location identifiers plus the current native revision and a minimal preorder-state snapshot.
Preorder configuration
The expected availability date, total limit, merchant-written shopper message, status, and keep-on-restock policy are stored in privileged Wix Data.
Security and reliability records
Bounded request hashes, idempotency phases, rate-limit state, before-and-after audit hashes, error codes, and timestamps prevent duplicate or stale writes and support recovery.
Billing and product analytics
A bounded Wix entitlement projection gates new configuration. Allowlisted categorical product events are sent through Wix BI without shopper, order, payment, message, or catalog identifiers.
3. Site-visitor information
Information processed when the app appears on, or is used from, a merchant's live Wix site.
Verified preorder display only
On a product page, the plugin receives the current Wix product and selected-variant context and requests the exact verified preorder view. It shows nothing when no safe active match exists.
No shopper or order database
PreOrder Pro does not store shopper names, email or postal addresses, payment details, order notes, raw order IDs, order payloads, or attributed preorder revenue.
No app-owned visitor tracking
The app creates no visitor cookie, local-storage identity, advertising identifier, or third-party visitor analytics stream. Wix host and commerce services operate under Wix policies.
4. Why we process information
Provide the app
Configure and operate the feature requested by the merchant, maintain authorized app access, and deliver support. This is necessary to perform our agreement with the merchant.
Keep the product working
Diagnose errors, protect the service, prevent abuse, and preserve reliability. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a safe, dependable product.
Improve setup and performance
Understand onboarding and app-level outcomes where the app-specific disclosures above describe analytics. We limit this to what is reasonably needed for product improvement.
Meet legal obligations
Respond to valid legal requests, enforce our terms, and keep records when applicable law requires it.
The Wix site owner is responsible for choosing an appropriate legal basis, displaying required notices, and collecting any consent required for the app's use on their site. MarketForge does not use app visitor data for unrelated advertising or sell personal information.
5. Service providers and disclosures
The app shares or makes information available only as needed to provide the functions described here, comply with law, or protect the service.
App hosting, privileged Wix Data storage, authenticated context, billing, Wix Stores catalog and inventory, native cart and checkout, and allowlisted Wix BI product events.
Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's or merchant's home country. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards and rights that apply to information they control.
6. Storage and retention
- Configuration and bounded safety records remain while the app is installed as needed to operate and secure the service.
- Deleting an inactive rule removes that managed rule. Safely disabling a rule changes matching native preorder state before later deletion; an explicit detach preserves the merchant-changed native state.
- When Wix reports uninstall, access closes first and tenant-scoped app records are removed through a retry-safe deletion process. Uninstall does not roll back native Wix inventory.
- Wix BI event retention is governed by Wix; PreOrder Pro has no separate analytics warehouse.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including platform access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Where an app uses settings in a Wix live-site embed, those settings are visible to the public widget and must not contain secrets.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
- Merchants can inspect managed rules, safely disable a matching active rule, delete an inactive rule, or explicitly detach an attention rule without changing native inventory.
- Uninstall initiates deletion of app-owned tenant records while leaving Wix commerce records and native inventory under the merchant’s control.
- Verified access, correction, deletion, objection, or privacy requests can be sent to support@marketforge.tech with the relevant app and Wix site details.
Depending on location, an individual may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify the requester and the relevant Wix site before acting. A complaint may also be made to the appropriate data-protection authority.
Changes and age limits
We will update the date above when this notice changes. If a change materially affects app data practices, we will provide notice through an appropriate channel, such as the app dashboard, Wix listing, or email when available. The app is intended for business websites and is not directed to children under 16.

1. Service and eligibility
PreOrder Prois a business tool for Wix websites. You must control or be authorized to manage the Wix site where it is installed and must use the app in compliance with applicable law, Wix's terms, and these terms.
The current product scope is the scope described on this page. Features that are labelled beta, pre-release, planned, configured, or subject to verification are not promised as generally available.
PreOrder Pro has no public Wix App Market installation path today. Any controlled beta access may be changed, limited, suspended, or ended while the app is tested. This page is not an offer of a public paid subscription.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Wix account secure and give app access only to authorized people.
- Review the app's configuration, output, and storefront behavior before and after publishing.
- Maintain lawful rights to the site content, catalog data, destinations, messages, or third-party account details you configure.
- Provide visitors with any notices, consent choices, and request channels required for your use of the app.
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access or plan controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.
3. Wix platform and third-party services
Wix is a separate platform provider. Wix controls Wix accounts, hosting, the App Market, platform APIs, site plans, and platform availability under its own terms. MarketForge provides and supports PreOrder Pro; Wix does not provide MarketForge support.
The app may depend on Wix products or the third-party services identified in the PreOrder Pro Privacy Policy. Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinued functions in those services can affect the app. MarketForge does not control those services.
4. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds
No public MarketForge subscription or checkout is offered for PreOrder Pro while it is pre-release. A paid obligation will begin only if Wix presents a price and plan terms and you affirmatively select that plan through Wix.
If paid plans are later offered, billing, renewal, plan changes, and cancellation will be handled through Wix or the Wix App Market. Refunds and credits will be subject to the Wix or App Market process and applicable law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Availability and no performance guarantee
MarketForge uses reasonable care to operate the app, but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, instantaneous, or permanently available service. Results can depend on Wix, third-party providers, site configuration, data supplied to the app, browser behavior, and network conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of revenue, conversion, search ranking, traffic, delivery timing, customer response, or any other specific business outcome.
6. Changes, suspension, and ending use
We may update the app or these terms to improve the service, address security or legal needs, or respond to platform changes. We will update the date above and use an appropriate notice channel for a material change when reasonably available.
You can stop using the app and uninstall it through Wix. MarketForge may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment of an applicable plan, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends—including payment obligations already incurred, ownership, disclaimers, and legal limits—continue to apply.
