Before you install
Can I install Wishlist King from the Wix App Market today?
Not yet. The release candidate is installed and verified on owned Wix Stores V1 and V3 sites, but the public listing will remain unavailable until the final App Market submission and review.
Do shoppers need to sign in before saving?
No. Guest saving is the default. A signed random continuity token keeps the guest wishlist across visits, and the saved items merge into the member wishlist after sign-in.
What happens when a saved product changes?
Product names, images, prices, variants, and availability are resolved from the current Wix Stores catalog. Missing or unavailable items stay removable and show a recoverable status instead of stale catalog data.
What can a shared-wishlist visitor change?
Nothing. Shared links are read-only, expire after the merchant-selected period, can be revoked by the wishlist owner, and do not expose the owner’s name or email address.
What does the Launch plan include?

Wishlist King Privacy Policy
Wishlist King stores tenant-isolated wishlist records and the minimum product and variant references needed to provide guest and member wishlists. It does not request or store shopper names, email addresses, profile data, mailing addresses, order data, payment data, or free-text shopper content. Current catalog display data is resolved from Wix instead of being retained as a second catalog.

1. Scope and who is responsible
This notice describes the data practices of the Wishlist King app for Wix. MarketForge is the app provider and is responsible for the app data it controls. Wix, the Wix site owner, and the service providers listed below may separately control or process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
This notice covers the app itself. Visiting MarketForge.tech is also subject to the MarketForge website privacy policy. Use of the app is governed by its app-specific Terms and Conditions, which supplement our general Terms of Service.
2. Merchant information we access or store
Information supplied by or associated with the Wix site owner who installs and configures the app.
App instance and settings
A one-way keyed app-instance identifier, setup state, appearance, guest and sharing policies, retention choice, aggregate-analytics choice, and entitlement status isolate and operate the merchant installation.
Wishlist and item references
The app stores wishlist IDs, one-way keyed guest or member owner identifiers, product IDs, variant IDs or normalized option references, and timestamps. It does not store member profile details.
Sharing and operational records
Share tokens are stored only as hashes with expiry and revocation timestamps. Bounded idempotency records protect writes from duplication.
Identifier-free aggregates
When enabled, daily counts cover saves, removals, cart outcomes, shares, shared views, approximate unique wishlists, and bounded top-product buckets. Product names, emails, member IDs, URLs with tokens, and free text are excluded from telemetry.
3. Site-visitor information
Information processed when the app appears on, or is used from, a merchant's live Wix site.
Guest continuity token
The only app-created browser persistence is a signed random guest token in local storage. It contains protocol and key versions, an expiry, and randomness—not profile or catalog data—and is cleared after member merge.
Shared-link token
The raw token appears only in the URL fragment, is not stored by the shared reader, is compared to a stored hash, and produces a constant-shape unavailable response when invalid, expired, revoked, or disabled.
Current catalog and cart requests
Wix receives the current product and variant reference when the app resolves a saved item or asks the native cart to add an available selection.
4. Why we process information
Provide the app
Configure and operate the feature requested by the merchant, maintain authorized app access, and deliver support. This is necessary to perform our agreement with the merchant.
Keep the product working
Diagnose errors, protect the service, prevent abuse, and preserve reliability. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a safe, dependable product.
Improve setup and performance
Understand onboarding and app-level outcomes where the app-specific disclosures above describe analytics. We limit this to what is reasonably needed for product improvement.
Meet legal obligations
Respond to valid legal requests, enforce our terms, and keep records when applicable law requires it.
The Wix site owner is responsible for choosing an appropriate legal basis, displaying required notices, and collecting any consent required for the app's use on their site. MarketForge does not use app visitor data for unrelated advertising or sell personal information.
5. Service providers and disclosures
The app shares or makes information available only as needed to provide the functions described here, comply with law, or protect the service.
App hosting and authentication, Wix Stores catalog and native cart access, app-owned Wix Data storage, dashboard context, app-instance and billing status, and site delivery.
Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's or merchant's home country. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards and rights that apply to information they control.
6. Storage and retention
- Merchants choose 90, 180, or 365 days for inactive guest wishlists. Boundary cleanup removes expired guest wishlists, their items, and associated shares.
- Active member wishlists and identifier-free daily aggregates remain until the merchant deletes stored app data, the app is uninstalled, or a verified deletion request is completed.
- Explicit merchant deletion immediately disables access and removes all tenant data classes in dependency order, leaving only a non-shopper disabled-settings tombstone. Uninstall immediately disables storefront and backend access and queues tenant-data removal.
- Entitlement expiry keeps existing data under the selected retention policy so the merchant can still use privacy and deletion controls; it does not silently erase a wishlist.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including platform access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Where an app uses settings in a Wix live-site embed, those settings are visible to the public widget and must not contain secrets.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
- Merchants can change guest, sharing, retention, appearance, and aggregate-analytics settings in the app dashboard.
- Wishlist owners can revoke a shared link. Merchants can disable sharing for the installation.
- Merchants can use the dashboard deletion action or uninstall the app. Verified access, correction, or deletion assistance is available at support@marketforge.tech.
- A shopper can remove saved items, sign in to merge and clear the guest token, or clear browser site data to remove the browser-local guest token.
Depending on location, an individual may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify the requester and the relevant Wix site before acting. A complaint may also be made to the appropriate data-protection authority.
Changes and age limits
We will update the date above when this notice changes. If a change materially affects app data practices, we will provide notice through an appropriate channel, such as the app dashboard, Wix listing, or email when available. The app is intended for business websites and is not directed to children under 16.

1. Service and eligibility
Wishlist Kingis a business tool for Wix websites. You must control or be authorized to manage the Wix site where it is installed and must use the app in compliance with applicable law, Wix's terms, and these terms.
The current product scope is the scope described on this page. Features that are labelled beta, pre-release, planned, configured, or subject to verification are not promised as generally available.
Wishlist King has no public Wix App Market installation path today. Any controlled beta access may be changed, limited, suspended, or ended while the app is tested. This page is not an offer of a public paid subscription.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Wix account secure and give app access only to authorized people.
- Review the app's configuration, output, and storefront behavior before and after publishing.
- Maintain lawful rights to the site content, catalog data, destinations, messages, or third-party account details you configure.
- Provide visitors with any notices, consent choices, and request channels required for your use of the app.
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access or plan controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.
3. Wix platform and third-party services
Wix is a separate platform provider. Wix controls Wix accounts, hosting, the App Market, platform APIs, site plans, and platform availability under its own terms. MarketForge provides and supports Wishlist King; Wix does not provide MarketForge support.
The app may depend on Wix products or the third-party services identified in the Wishlist King Privacy Policy. Changes, outages, restrictions, or discontinued functions in those services can affect the app. MarketForge does not control those services.
4. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds
No public MarketForge subscription or checkout is offered for Wishlist King while it is pre-release. A paid obligation will begin only if Wix presents a price and plan terms and you affirmatively select that plan through Wix.
If paid plans are later offered, billing, renewal, plan changes, and cancellation will be handled through Wix or the Wix App Market. Refunds and credits will be subject to the Wix or App Market process and applicable law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Availability and no performance guarantee
MarketForge uses reasonable care to operate the app, but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, instantaneous, or permanently available service. Results can depend on Wix, third-party providers, site configuration, data supplied to the app, browser behavior, and network conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of revenue, conversion, search ranking, traffic, delivery timing, customer response, or any other specific business outcome.
6. Changes, suspension, and ending use
We may update the app or these terms to improve the service, address security or legal needs, or respond to platform changes. We will update the date above and use an appropriate notice channel for a material change when reasonably available.
You can stop using the app and uninstall it through Wix. MarketForge may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment of an applicable plan, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after use ends—including payment obligations already incurred, ownership, disclaimers, and legal limits—continue to apply.
